UGA Recruiting: LEADER WATCH – This Five Star is in Athens More Than Most Georgia Commits

“I honestly wanted to take the official during the season. I feel like it’ll be better for me. That’s my plan anyways, to wait it out until December. I just took an unofficial and pushed my official all the way until December,” Griffin told Dawgs247. “I’m going to wait it out until that Early Signing Period.”

“Honestly, everything is really the same because I’ve been there so much. But I mean, every time I go up there, it just feels even better honestly,” Griffin said. “Talking to Coach Scott, he’s such a great guy. He’s known me for five years, since eighth grade. Building that relationship over time is just cool. Honestly, they just been trying to get me to commit as early as possible, but end of the day, it’s my decision. I’m just taking it all day-by-day. This is a blessing. Not everybody can experience this, so might as well enjoy it.”
