“I’ve always been a big football guy, it was big, especially for my dad, he’s a big Georgia fan,” Kemp told DawgsHQ. “I called him and he was a little emotional on the phone. It’s a big opportunity for me and my family. They’re in this process with me. Just knowing that right down the road is a great education, a great football program and a great school that wants me to come play for them is a blessing. I give all the glory to God. Without him, it wouldn’t be possible.”
