UGA Recruiting: FIVE STAR WATCH – Things Heating Up Even More With Georgia and the Best Offensive Lineman in the Nation

“This experience was a lot different from my previous experiences,” David told DawgsHQ. “They’re showing me that they’ve got their 2024 guys and the next up is the class of 2025 and they’re showing that I’m their number one target. Knowing that my family really enjoyed it, I’m enjoying it and the effort that they’re putting in only shows that it’s working for me as a recruit but also for my family.”

“I feel like whatever college I choose is going to have to be a family decision, not just based on somewhere I feel comfortable,” David said. “It’s going to have to be where I want my family to feel comfortable with me going as well. Building that relationship with coach Smart as well as coach Searels and the rest of the faculty members and training staff is great for us. When we walk around now, everyone kind of knows our names. We don’t really need name tags for them to know who you are. Everyone interacts with my little sisters and they don’t just send them to the game room. They actually talk to them. We talk about things we talked about two or three visits in the past. We talk about things you wouldn’t think that coaches would remember. They remember such small details. That says a little bit about how dedicated they are to me and my family.”
