UGA Recruiting: The Dawgs Could Be Hard to Beat for This Star Running Back
Baker told 247sports – “It was fun. It was really unexpected. Coach McGee hit me up like four days before, and was like, ‘What you doing this Saturday?’ Nothing, so he told me to come through. I thought it was a regular visit, but it was this whole deal. It was really cool. He told me it was a scavenger hunt, but I didn’t think it would be around the whole campus,” Baker said. “We rode around on the golf cart. We were like running, for real, sweating. Families too. Dwight had to hop in the fountain on campus. It was a whole deal. But it was a good time.”
“He’s recruiting me pretty heavy. He always says, ‘Where else would you want to be? It’s Georgia.'” Baker said about his teammate Jadon Perlotte. “I’ve said this a lot. But it sells itself. UGA is UGA.”
