UGA Recruiting: Five Star Commits in Two Days, Big on Georgia’s Defense

“That was pretty big,” Wilson said of UGA’s Coach Diribe, who went to see WIlson’s state championship game this weekend. “Him just taking time out of his day to fit me in. Just being able to talk with me and my family and show me how I would be developing there and how I would play. That would mean a lot.”

Diribe has spent the past few months telling Wilson that he’s the perfect fit for what they want to do in Athens.

“It’s just the explosive defense they play,” Wilson said when asked what stands out about UGA. “It’s just speed, speed, speed. I feel like that fits me and the way I play. That would benefit me a lot. That’s one of the main reasons why I’m interested in them. I can use my speed and come off the edge.”
