“I think what’s unique about Georgia is their different approach to producing elite talent and having an elite program. I really love the family approach. In my meeting with Coach [Kirby] Smart, he discussed what it took to get to that point in the National Championship,” Freeling told DawgsHQ. “He said that he had to go back to the drawing board in order to determine why they kept falling short of the National Championship. Consequently, the reason came down to team chemistry and connection. I enjoy football the most and play the best when the chemistry with my teammates is strong. It doesn’t feel like they are trying to be Alabama, which I like.”
“My decision really is getting to the point that it could come whenever, so stay ready,” Freeling said.
