“We talked about the Georgia Way, the player development for guys off the field. Not necessarily academically but vocationally, internships, resume building and connecting you with post-career business opportunities off the field. Kirby is obviously connected a great deal to the Georgia alumni and the people that support Georgia football and the way he connects his players to those entities. That was a big piece of it.”
