UGA Recruiting: Talented Receiver Still High on the Dawgs Through Coaching Changes
“Coach BMac [Bryan McClendon] had offered at Oregon, though, so we’ve talked a couple of times. I’m going to hit him up now that he’s in Athens,” Gatling told DawgsHQ. “I feel like he has the chance to recruit some really good receiver at Georgia. They haven’t had the top recruits at receiver like that, but I feel like he can change that. He’s just a good dude. When you talk to him, you can talk to him like he’s one of your friends. I feel like he knows what he’s talking about, and he’s just a good coach.”
“I feel like Georgia is just Georgia,” Gatling said. “I feel like Coach Kirby knows what he’s doing down there, and I feel like he’s always going to have the best recruiting classes, because it’s Coach [Kirby] Smart.”
