UGA Recruiting: Georgia Ready to Turn Up the Heat on Big Time Defensive Lineman

Osborne told DawgsHQ – “I was actually working out with my team and saw the phone ring, and I saw it was Coach [Tray] Scott. I thought, ‘I haven’t heard from him in awhile.’ He told me he wanted to apologize and that we hadn’t had the relationship he wanted. When they first started recruiting me, they thought I’d be an outside linebacker being coached by Coach [Dan] Lanning at the time,” Osborne said. “Coach Scott asked what I weighed in at while I was at LSU. I told him I was 260. He told me they’d seen my body transformation and my tape, which he said had truly improved from my sophomore year to junior year. He told me they saw me as a guy who could play at Georgia.”
