247sports spoke with Proctor’s mother – “I think what he’s looking at in these programs are schools that have good o-line and an o-line that will take him to the next level. His main goal is obviously NFL. I think the schools he picked in the top seven are all schools that have produced linemen that go to the NFL. I think that’s what he’s looking at.”
“Those are the people he’s been talking to the most and the schools he’s most interacted with and he’s visited most of them except for three and he has plans to visit those three in the next couple months which is Oregon, Georgia and Penn State.”
