UGA Recruiting: Georgia is a Dream School for Big Time Tight End

“I heard from them not too long ago, maybe a week. I talked to the tight end coach through text, and we had scheduled a call for Sunday. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do that, but we talked [Monday night]. He let me know I had the offer,” Vereen said.

“When I talked to [Hartley], he said he liked my speed and how I can move for my height and weight. I’m a good player and a good athlete that he’d like to coach,” he said. “I have a good work ethic and work hard. It’s just about putting it all together. I feel like things will grow pretty good between me and him, especially now that I’ve got the offer from Georgia. It’s one of my dream schools that I’ve wanted to go to since my freshman year. It’s kind of big.”
