UGA Recruiting: VISIT WATCH – Kirby Smart’s Visit Was a Big One for Five Star Quarterback
“We were excited. (Smart’s) assistant reached out that he’d be coming down on the day before, and Cortez Hankton, who’s one of my oldest friends, came by and said the same. We were fortunate and got him a good spot in the back,” Isidore Newman head coach Nelson Stewart told On3 of the visit from Smart.
“[Smart]’s just a good guy, and that’s what you hear over and over about him,” he said. “Matt Luke even called down, and they just seem like a really good staff.”
