“I feel like I can bring a lot of attributes to Georgia especially with my size and ceiling and frame I have,” Hood said. “In a year to two years I’ll be one of the best top linemen in the SEC. I feel like Georgia is one those places that can get me where I want to be at.”
“When I walked in the second visit I felt this was home and I left it knowing it was home,” Hood told 247sports. “That really closed the deal on it.
“I have family in Georgia. Coach Smart, Coach Luke, all the other Georgia staff were great. They treated my family great. They treated me great. And just the history they have up in Athens, I always knew that’s what I wanted to pick. Georgia has been on my mind ever since I got the offer honestly.”
